Speedometer in current version alone causes game to crash

In the latest version of the CTGP source code, the game crashes if ENABLE_CTS=0

This forced me to downgrade to an older version before this feature was implemented and manually remove the junk files that weren't needed for the speedometer

Well just to let everyone know the solution is to download a prior version of this (the one before ENALBE_CTS was implemented
