Default Layout Configuration based on Monitor

I have 3 monitors with different aspect ratios. Two of them are 9x16 and one of them is 21x9. Is it possible to set the default layout for each monitor?

I don't think putting this setting on a monitor basis only is good, since I would want a different configurable layout per workspace per monitor.

For example:

During development I always use workspace 1 for browsers, 2 for IDE and 3 for terminals. I would like to set workspace 1 to full screen, 2 to floating and 3 to tiling.
