Update Stratakit

Just opening this issue to track for during releases

Currently we have the versions of @stratakit packages used for Sandcastle pinned. This was mostly due to a lack of time to keep up to date with them and no required updates. The structure and future of the stratakit packages is also likely to change in the near future so for now we're waiting to see what comes of it.
