3dtitles load， Error cancelling repeated loading infinite loop

What happened?

Hello, I found a problem in the new version 1.128. If an error occurs when loading 3dtitles, it will be canceled and the already loaded data will be reloaded. However, there is no problem with the 1.105 version.
