An unknown light effect appears on the surface of the model

What happened?

An unknown light effect appears on the surface of the model when visualizing the 3D tileset. When you move the timeline to change the time, the position of the light effect also changes.

Reproduction steps

  1. run the sandcastle: https://sandcastle.cesium.com/?src=3D%20Tiles%20Interior.html&label=3D%20Tiles
  2. zoom out until the entire model is visible
  3. check the effect on the surface. image

This was fixed in https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium/pull/12116. It will be included with the next release on 9/3.
