3D Tiles Model Outlines not working on MacOS

Model outlines are not showing up in the following example in any browser.

Sandcastle example

Browser: Chrome, Firefox

Operating System: MacOS 10.14.6

I haven't been able to reproduce on Linux, and @lilleyse tried on two different Macs, haven't been able to reproduce so far.

@ggetz Could you try this Sandcastle which uses outlines and ModelExperimental but no custom shaders?

Sure @ptrgags, that example seems to work on my machine.
