3dtiles 包含+ 号的加载不了，识别有问题

Cesium for Unity version:1.16 Unity Editor Version:6.1 Operating System:windows11

我提供了一个压缩包，解压后可用来测试，我是通过本地文件进行加载的，问题应该就是目录和文件的命名包含+号转义字符，会被识别成空格，导致404

我提供了一个压缩包，解压后可用来测试，我是通过本地文件进行加载的，问题应该就是目录和文件的命名包含+号转义字符，会被识别成空格，导致404
