OBJ example

I couldn't figure out how to include OBJLoader and MTLLoader without modifications, so there is some stuff added to those files to work with RequireJS.

The scene doesn't have lights, so the obj appears black.

I'll take a look at modularizing the geolocation code soon so we can add some lights relatively easily.
