S2 globe and forbid holes bug

Steps to reproduce:

  • Add an S2 globe tileset
  • Turn on forbid holes
  • Refresh the tileset

It appears that no tiles end up loading, unless forbid holes is then disabled.

(Not sure if this is specific to S2 or also applies to implicit tiling and other cases as well)
