Print particular Font Family

How can i make the print out be in a particular Font Family, for example - Calibri?

Normally, bluetooth printers and other receipt printers have a basic set of fonts. Portable BT printers have a single font with different sizes only, as shown in the attached demo receipt. Your only option in this case is to print the text as a base 64 encoded image, but this is slower and requires more conversion work by the app.
