License problem

The whole package is licensed with the LGPL, but in data.inc.php the quoted license is the standard GPL, which conflicts and actually makes it impossible for the whole package being LGPL.

Could you clear this up and correct the licensing for the whole package or the file?

This was changed to LGPL everywhere with https://github.com/Cerdic/CSSTidy/commit/2f28730ac017c2675b2d38c0af012a8fb0df70e6 originally and the GPL seems to have come back in again with https://github.com/Cerdic/CSSTidy/commit/96e8192da56a6907d1b7fdd688ae1e0fdfe9169b

indeed. This is how things were when I started to maintain the project, and I focused on the technical part, not on the license part.

Unfortunately, you will have to take action, because the licenses are incompatible and the license on data.inc.php makes the LGPL for the whole project impossible. (Which also means we have to remove it from our code, e.g.)
