warband bank items not showing up in /bis

I am using v11.0.0.2. When I use "/bis ", I see matches for the keyword that are on individual characters and in guild banks in the resulting window, but not matches from my warband bank.

There is a check in the list in the search window for Account Bank (though I realize now I probably should have made this consistent with the rest and labeled it Warband bank)

I've had that option enabled and yet it still does show. I have all Search These Bags options enabled. I am even standing at my Warband bank right now, looking at a stack of Runecloth in it, and "/bis runecloth" shows me Bolt of Runecloth in a character's bank, Heavy Runecloth Bandage on a character, and Runecloth (the desired item) in a guild bank and in another character's reagent bank. It has no entries for the account bank / Warband Storage.

There is, however, the CAUTION message about server item name / cache but that seems to be irrelevant (or the message needs more clarity) because as I mentioned, I am looking right at the Runecloth stack, actively on my server.

THOUGH, looking at your message, I see that you also have the format where each slot is broken out and listed under its location. I use the format where it combines counts by location, listed under the item matched, as hinted in my first paragraph. I'll be darned that I can't find where that's an option anymore though.
