One specific .pdb file won't render

All other .pdb files render, this one appears to be blank? But the console has errors that I have never seen before. Also, there is no error to user.

This is expected. Almost every library I looked at (including the one we were previously using) couldn't render most/all amino acids (this one's alanine). The one or two that could had other deficiencies.
