We should rebuild the image with the endpoint and service watcher fix in main.

@p-strusiewiczsurmacki-mobica I think having a healthcheck in every mode is fine. And only healthy endpoints can take leadership if leader election is configured.

@eddycharly what is the plan with this PR? Should I close it or should we merge the metrics servers in the long run?

I will close this as it is now fixed and it could be reopened when someone feels still it is necessary. @eddycharly @realshuting will close this for now as mentioned...
