Add conda installation packages to conda-forge

I'm trying to set up my own cellom2tif binaries there, but I don't think I can get this dependency installed if it doesn't exist on binstar. Here's a couple of resources for making conda builds:

binstar has been deprecated, but the community is now coalescing around conda-forge, so I've updated the issue to reflect that. =)
