image-key windows appear offscreen

The image-key window is the one that appears when you double-click a thumbnail. The top of the image-key window, or title bar, is offscreen and inaccessible. Therefore, it cannot be dragged around the desktop. The current workaround is to use snap hotkeys, e.g. windows-key + arrow-right.

@braymp yes, I agree. Though, when I read #51 it appears the issue has been closed. The discussion starts with this bug, but then broadens in scope. Should I re-post to a closed issue?

I think it is good to keep this issue open, it seems like the main problem here is not the size of the window but the fact that it is offscreen (can happen with any window size).

Does this still happen? I don't have large images, so it's hard for me to test.
