Steps Reproduce: Enter a chat with at least 2 previous message participants Type "@" Hover over a Participant in the Select Menu Use your Up and Down keys to focus another

Expected Behaviour: The User focused on the Keys should look the same as the User the mouse is hovering over

Actual Behaviour: The User focused by the Keys is highlighted instead of scaled and made darker

Vanialla Behaviour: The User focused by the Keys is highlighted the same way as the User highlighted by the Mouse
