Refine Launch/Reentry Dates for Mir

Beginning date now reflects its actual launch date/time as well as Ending matching its exact reentry date/time.

Also added its prelaunch designation (DOS-7) and reoriented Mir so that its forward docking port always faces prograde instead of sideways

Note that Celestia uses TDB as its time system, so dates in UTC must be converted. The Wikibooks has more information about that. Following what's written there, I believe the converted dates would be "1986 02 19 21:29:18.184" and "2001 03 23 06:00:28.184".
