Missing Web Info for stars and DSOs in QT

In the Celestia Windows version, selecting "Info" from the right-click menu of any object will open the web page defined in its InfoURL parameter. In the QT version, the info panel lists "Web Info" for objects defined in SSC files, linking to the same web page, but for stars and DSOs this is missing.

(Yes, I know there are no stars defined with an InfoURL parameter in Celestia's default files, but I have stars in addon files with info URLs and they have no "Web Info".)

In Celestia 1.6.1, for stars if the InfoURL parameter is not defined, the URL goes to SIMBAD. The search term is simply "HIP" followed by some number. However it only works for HIP stars: for other stars it just uses some internal catalog number.

So for those links I think it would make sense to use the TYC name, or if lacking, the first name of the star. Same with DSOs, if there's no InfoURL.
