[3.0][3.60][PSVSD][sleep mode] Touchscreen does not work for 10s on resume

if the ps vita starts or from the sleep mode then the touchscreen does not work for about ~ 10 seconds. I use PSVSD (3G adapter) on 3.60 pls fix it :)

That's a side effect of the remounting of PSVSD. I will try to fix it.
