[request] add multiple partition mounts and file path mounting

basically add the ability to have something like the memcard to be mounted to multiple partition names or allow mounting certain file paths to partition names this would actually be insanely useful since vitashell lacks tabs

1. photo0: is the mountpoint for ux0:picture/ so you just have to mount ux0
2. mounting to real gro0: is doable, it was done by motoharu-gosuto already and it's very complex so it's not a good idea to implement that in StorageMgr.

oh ok but i would love to be able to redirect pseudo drives without needing to remount actual drives XD
