Consider making a new release

Hello, the current vcpkg port of ImGuizmo is based on the latest release version (1.83) which date from more than a year. I would like to update it, but the vcpkg team insists on using libraries official releases instead of the latest commit. Can you create a new ImGuizmo release so I can update the vcpkg port?
