Google Pay / Wallet import support

According to https://support.google.com/pay/answer/9015738?hl=en you can get exports using Google Takeout. However, I don't use Google Pay and don't even have Google Play Services on my device so I have no way to really develop this, so this will need to be done by an outside contributor or someone will have to supply a (test) export and help confirm if stuff is correct.
