Catima doesn't have support for displaying RSS Expanded barcodes

I was trying to store a Rossmann Gift Card, scanning was OK, the number seems to be right. Catima was not able to generate the barcode and gave an error message

Is this barcode type not implemented or is this just an issue?

The message is sadly correct.

Catima uses zxing which only supports reading RSS Expanded codes, but not "writing" (creating an image) of them. So they can be scanned but not displayed.

Looking deeper into zxing, it seems to have not received any updates for 4 months. I created #2541 to investigate how viable migrating to zxing-cpp is for Catima, which may hopefully help with this.
