Cannot save balance in Arabic

#1838 contained a balance parsing change, which prompted me to test locales with different number systems extra strongly. Through this testing I could confirm that your balance is not saved in Arabic at all.

How to reproduce:

  1. Set your device to Arabic. I searched for "Arabic" in the Android language picker and picked the first option which is... this: image
  2. Go to a card, edit and go to the second tab
  3. Enter a value
  4. Save
  5. Go back to the card and notice it's not saved
