LG TV Screensaver issue even when moving the mouse

I’m having an issue with this program: when I leave the screen on—for example, while watching YouTube—after just 2–3 minutes the screensaver appears. Even if I move the mouse, it won’t go away. The only way to dismiss it is by pressing a button on the remote. I remember that before reinstalling Windows, this problem didn’t occur.
