Win11 1.2.4.9 issue with WebOS / ares commands and ipk

Please see below. It appears that the ares commands have deprecated, can you please advise on what is needed to correct this type of issue?

You can see that my ares commands are completing on the right in the terminal but the app is unable to resolve requests for "TV Version".

When you attempt to click "install on TV", you get the following:

I have attempted to get this working on windows 11 with multiple iterations of node.js and the MagicRemoteService to no avail. Any assistance is appreciated.
