Pinecraft 3.4 Forge Update

Updated Forge Versions to the latest stable release. This was mainly done to make the 1.19.2 version compatible with newer Mods/Modpacks like Create, but the other included Minecraft versions in this script are updated to the newest Forge version respectively.

This PR holds the whole 3.4 source with the changes made to the install script (The only change I made is in the install script).

I would recommend having each release in its own branch. That makes maintaining older releases by individuals easier.
