Cloning of a Plex Library

I'm looking at the ability to clone a single library and all associated metadata to avoid having to rescan Files.

For example use case...

Merged folders /data/tv & /data/tv4k - Same episodes in both

Duplicate Library > Remove /data/tv4k to have a 1080p only library but without having to re-scan all files etc.
