Stitcher removal

Describe the bug Stitcher has shut down their podcasting app. As such, we need to remove the Stitcher share link from the player. When I unchecked Stitcher in "Distribution options", the subscribe link remained. I had to re-check Stitcher, go into the "Feed details" settings, and clear the Stitcher URL. Then only could I un-check Stitcher and get it to go away in the player.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Uncheck Stitcher in "Distribution options" when Stitcher has a valid feed URL present in settings
2. Check if the subscribe link to Stitcher is still visible (I found it is)

Expected behavior Un-checking any service in Distribution options should immediately remove the service from the publicly-visible media player.
