Make filenames case sensitive

Now we can only use the file recorder with capital names, it would be nice to have support for normal character too. ex. Testmovie.mp4 is always recorded as TESTMOVIE.MP4

According to the AMCP Spec:

The whole command string is case insensitive.

However, this is contradictionary with the behaviour of the CG commands and their inline XML, and added to that: in unix systems the file paths are case sensitive.
