Mixer Blur

Description

Do you think it is possible to add blur mixer on any layer ? Blur effect is possible on an image scroll, on a media using ffmpeg filters, on html producer using code. But it is not possible on SDI or NDI or route producer.

Solution suggestion

@Julusian has added this feature to CasparCG V2.1. But it was never merged to official version. Is it possible to use his work ?
