Decklink 8K Pro - Failed to schedule fill video
Expected behaviour
Using independent 4 channels of 2160p50 in combination with Decklink 8K Pro
Current behaviour
When starting CasparCG in 4 channel UHD there is an error per Channel: Failed to schedule fill video
Output is always black.

Environment
Tested on two independent machines with two Decklink 8K Pros on Windows 10. Tested Caspar Versions: NRK 2.1.12 11fdd364e, 2.1.0 beta 2 f15ba60, 2.3.1 Dev e767c1dd Tested Blackmagic Driver Versions: 11.5, 11.7, 12.0
I observe the same behavior with 1 channel 2160p5000, 1 Decklink 8K Pro (SDI 1 In or Out), Windows 10, CasparCG 2.3.0 LTS, BlackMagic Driver 12.
It seems to be because in this configuration Decklink 8K Pro supports only YUV format for output (not RGB)
Is there a simple way to convert video to YUV color before setting it into Decklink Card ?
