Add support for passing folder argument along with CLS

When receiving a file list with the CLS AMCP command, it returns the full list of media files no matter what folder I specify as an argument.

CLS "/online" returns the same as CLS

I'm sure this also needs to be implemented in the media-scanner to be able to work as expected. Can you please create an issue in the scanner repo also?

It's the same with TLS also. Would be nice to see this solved.
