Can not drag a clip in to an empty group

I have a group set up with particular parameters. I want to be able to delete the current clips within the group and replace them with new ones. Once the group is empty, I am unable to drag anything else in to it.

I can confirm this behaviour.

A temporary fix available is to use the shortcut CTRL + Right Arrow. The item you want to put into the empty group has to be listed just below the group item.
