How to calculate the recall rate?

Thanks to this open source work, I successfully calculated the mAP。 I got the following results.

49.08% = plate AP mAP = 49.08%

I tried to modify the existing code to output the recall rate on the dataset, but it failed. Can someone give me some advice on how to modify the existing code to output the recall rate? Thank you very much ！

PR曲线可以画出来 也就说又Precision和Recall的列表数据 但是模型怎样输出最终的P值和R值呢？
