DPR/Retina detection broken

When the Device Pixel Ratio changes, the rendering keeps using the initial value. This is particularly annoying when moving your screen between a retina and a non-retina display.

This is not the first time with experience a bug around different device pixel ratios, see https://github.com/CartoDB/carto-vl/pull/1042. Time to add a test? 🙏
