Create default styles for analysis

We should create default styles for all the analysis that are on the builder.

talked with @javisantana and @stuartlynn about this too. do we know how we would manage those defaults etc? i can see some methods not scaling that well.

@andrewxhill can you provide some examples of methods that you don't think will scale well with default styling?

re: default styling vs. cartocss styling, @xavijam showed me how we define styles so I get what you are saying and can definitely follow that workflow vs. the cartocss one.
