Separate quarters and years in timespan dropdown

Measurement's timespan per quarter options appear as a single word, while we should put a space between them.

Sadly, not a piece of cake. In particular, changing timespan names will break analysis that are using the old name. We don't have a good strategy for handling this yet.

After discussing this offline it seems you're right 🙄 , we don't have such strategy, so: https://github.com/CartoDB/cartodb-platform/issues/3549 and closing this until we figure it.
