Normalize dropdown should not appear if 1 option is available

Related to https://github.com/CartoDB/bigmetadata/issues/204 and https://github.com/CartoDB/bigmetadata/issues/202 the Normalize dropdown in the new DO UI should only appear when more that 1 option is available.

Why is this blocker @noguerol ? This is something not related to DO, it is related to how form components work.

Not a blocker anymore. Is that default behavior what we need to change for every component: when only one option is available, to not show the component but only the option.
