Add 'nutibright' style to CartoDB style selection

Port nutibright style (the default nutiteq SDK base map style) to work with CartoDB basemap server and add this as option to Editor, as additional CartoDB base map. It is generic colorful "street map" style with POIs and placenames, see web preview here (warning - no caching - slow): http://up1.nutiteq.com:8888/#11/40.6979/-73.9796

Affects Editor, and all other places in server which have list of styles. Should be served by CartoDB tile server.

Question(s):

• how to name it instead of legacy nutibright?

Advantages:

• Users can choose cartodb own base map instead of Nokia Here maps when they want colorful base map.
• This style is already compatible with mobile vector tiles (with mapzen vector tiles)
