How to show disputed boundaries?

We're having some issues lately regarding Western Sahara boundaries, as OSM doesn't show them but our basemaps load NE data too so labels and boundaries are shown in different zoom levels.

Of course, this is Open Source so user pull requests will be welcomed, but do we plan to manage this?
