GattCharacteristic.ValueChanged does not happen

Hi, This is not related to your project but perhaps you will be able to help. I am using notify characteristics and on UWP code it works fine and notifications are sent. When I ported code to WIndows Forms all works well except notifications don't arrive. I am really out of ideas now to solve it, I hope you might know.
