Have maintainers attempt to withdraw when they are one tick from empty
Every random range 100 ticks or so have towers attack one enemy per tower to try to mess up the healing of enemies that should be able to out-heal enough...
Invaders don't go through exits or come in short periods of time. No need to waste ticks just sitting there
The role would transport excess energy from commune storing structures (storage, terminal, etc.) and take it to the claim request
