Game freezes/becomes uncontrolable after Reshade install and opening Pause Menu.

I hope you're well, I love this port of Tomb Raider but I tried to install reshade with a preset and sadly the game doesn't seem to work anymore once you activate the pause menu. I'll show you a screenshot, the screen becomes grey and I can't control anything anymore.

I wish I could figure out some way around this since this is my favorite port of TR1 so far, thank you for your time and patience.
