Link to auto-mod messages in modlog

For automatic actions, it would be really convenient if the embed URL was set to the originating message so we could just click on it to see the context.

This is in reference to the items logged in the modlog channel. E77C7401-52C2-41AF-9D3C-DC4A93570459

This is actually a really good idea (and shouldn't be limited to automatic actions IMO) but I don't work on this bot anymore. Not sure what the process looks like for suggesting new features, but good luck.
