Generated YouTube playlists have many duplicate entries

It is possible to create a YouTube playlist with duplicate entries. It appears Veyepar-generated YouTube playlists adds the same video multiple times to the same playlist.

One can work around this in the old YouTube playlist UI (&disable_polymer=1) by pressing "remove duplicates" -- but this only picks up 3 entries at a time.

After clearing up the playlist for LCA 2020, we went from 217 videos to 186 videos.

I bet this has to do with --replace which deletes the old vid, uploads a new and adds it to the playlist, without removing the old one.
