Hey, I opened another PR later, see if you like it or prefer this one (or neither of them xD)

I really needed to get this lib working with modern graphql LIKE FOR NOW, so I rewrote it with Typescript using the existing code as example. It's really primitive, had to rollback some features and tests, but hope it turns to be useful for someone else.
