AI casts Surgical Extraction and chooses the most expensive card from both graveyards
Describe the bug AI casts Surgical Extraction and chooses the card with the largest cmc from both graveyards, including its own
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- AI casts Archive Trap
- After that, AI casts Surgical Extraction and chooses its own Archive Trap
Expected behavior
- AI should choose card only from opponent's graveyard
- AI should choose card which opponent could cast
Additional context Similar with #4282
Desktop OS: Windows 10 Java Version: 1.8.0_202-b08 Forge Version: 1.6.64-SNAPSHOT-08.04

@Hanmac, it just isn't clear to me why the label wasn't attached before if there is no doubt about the issue. It makes it seem like the issue was “sent to the void”
