you really need to take care of when issues are duplicates
like "but creature onto the battlefield" effects should be all the same

I try, for example in #4118 I added a similar spell in the same request at a later date

If you mean "put creature onto the battlefield", there are 3 different problems:
#4280 - about activation time; #4430 - about ability priority over casting; #4435 - about ability activation for targets with less cmc than the ability cost.
@Hanmac, or do you think these requests should be merged into one?
@Hanmac, @tool4ever, @Agetian, @tehdiplomat, guys, I've closed 23 issues (some are no longer relevant, some have that unfortunate AI:RemoveDeck:All tag; some are merged into more enlarged issues). I tried to correct the list so that there are no issues with a common problems. I try my best.
I've also closed 6 issues (2 non-actual + 4 merged into more enlarged issues)
